Kazakh Ministry of Energy analyzes project of the fourth refinery construction in Kazakhstan

"The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan works on the preparation of the analytical material on the following key terms of the feasibility of the new refinery construction: the availability of the resource base for loading the operating refineries and the new one on the basis of long-term balance of production and distribution of oil; expected volumes of demand on the domestic market of petroleum products in view of ongoing modernizing of the existing refineries; potential markets for surplus products sale given the construction of the new refinery, including price analysis on the markets of China, Central Asia, the EU,"- the Ministry says.
