SOCAR is ready to prolong acceptance of offers on financing of STAR refinery in Izmir

March 31st is the deadline for tender for the financing of the STAR refinery in Izmir, the vice president of SOCAR for economic issues, Suleiman Gasymov stated.
According to him, corresponding negotiations with commercial banks are held now.
“We try to finish the negotiations before this date. But in case if they are not completed by that time for any reason, we are ready to prolong acceptance of offers,” – Gasymov said.
