SOCAR postpones the next eurobonds issue

SOCAR postpones the third and the next eurobonds issue, the Vice President for Economy Issues S. Gasymov says. He claims that in the current conditions the issue is not actual. The company is going to issue long-term bonds for 30 years, and studies the market now. SOCAR has not defined the volume of the issue as yet. Earlier Mr. Gasymov claimed that the volume would depend on the state and the needs of the market, and could be $1.2-$3 billion. In February 2012 and in March 2013, SOCAR placed 2 issues for $500 million and $1 billion.
