Rosneft to become owner of 13% of Pirelli

Rosneft has reached agreement with international consortium of Unicredit bank, Inteza bank and Klessidra fund on purchase of a share from company, which owns 26.19% of Pirelli & C S.p.A’ shares, Rosneft reports.
