KMG International made a good profit in 2015

​KMG International (former Rompetrol, 100% affiliate of KMG) in 2015 made $4.6 mln of profit from operational activity despite of the negative effect from the reassessment of reserves because of oil price fall in 2015.

Not taking into account the effect, the net profit from the operational activity made up $120 mln in 2015.

In 2014 the operational profit of KMG International was $44.84 mln.

In 2015 Petromidia oil refinery, the main asset of KMG International on the coast of the Black Sea, set a historical record of daily processing of raw materials – 15.2 thousand tons a day. In 2015 the oil refinery processed 4.95 mln tons of oil.

In the framework of the program of efficiency rise and optimization of production units, the expenditure for processing was optimized by 27%, and production capacity of the Petromidia oil refinery grew to 98%. The output of diesel fuel made up 50% at the Petromidia oil refinery.
