Surgutneftegas is about to keep oil production at 61.4 mln.tons in 2014

OJSC “Surgutneftegas” maps out to keep oil production volume at 61.4 million tons, inclusive of 7.7 million tons in Eastern Siberia. It goes from the documents of the company.

Gas production is going to make up approximately 9.2 billion cubic meters in 2014. The company produced 12 billion cubic meters of gas in 2013. RIA Novosti reports.

The company is going to focus on an increase of efficiency of the operating deposits in Western and Eastern Siberia, the launch of 4 new deposits in Western Siberia (Vysotny, Kochevskoye, Verchnekazymskoye and Iyulskoye) in 2014. They are about to put in operation 1.433 thousand new oil boreholes. The volume of prospecting drilling will make up 204.8 thousand meters. There will be constructed 71 exploratory wells.
