Iskatel mining-production company has decided to plead bankrupt

Iskatel mining-production company has appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kemerovo region with the claim to plead bankrupt South Kuzbass company, a structure of Mechel Mining. On November 6 2013, the court supported the verdict of the lower instance about charging of 1 million rubles from South Kuzbass in favor of iskatel. South Kuzbass manages the mining capacities including Razrez Olzherassky, Razrez Sibirginsky, the mines sibirginskaya and Olzherasskaya-Novaya and the mine in h. of Lenin.
