Novak doesn’t rule out automatic reduction of oil production in Russia

The Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia's oil production might automatically decrease due to falling prices, not because of the decision of the authorities. In addition, Novak didn’t rule out reduction in the oil export from Russia due to maintenance of the production level and the growth in the domestic consumption.
