Russia can set gas price for Ukraine at average European level, the Premier of the Ukraine N. Azarov says. The Ukraine and Russia are going to restart negotiations about foundation of the trilateral consortium with participation of Europe for management over the Ukrainian GTS. The Ukraine is going to provide absolutely transparent terms of transporting and management over the system. Earlier Russia stood for attraction of the European companies to participation in the trilateral consortium.
