Russia and Belarus have coordinated oil supplies in Q1

Russia and Belarus have coordinated oil supplies to Belarus in Q1 2014 at a rate of 5.75 million tons, and are going to sign the agreement about the balance for the whole 2014 in December, the Premier of Belarus M. Myasnikovich says. Belarus asks for 23 million tons, and Russia agree for 21 million tons as yet but does not stop the negotiations in order to make these indices closer, he explains.
