Novak: Signing of agreement on Turkish Stream construction is not long process

The Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak believes that the signing of the agreement on the construction of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline is not a long process. The Minister stated this to reporters on the margins of the G20 summit.
