The company "Cinvec" (CINVEC, Chemical Investment Company) was planning to build the production of polyolefins in the Tver region, the company stated in a statement to the press service of the regional government.
Its partners - JSC "Construction and Industrial Investment Corporation Akkord", the Chinese CPEIC and Sinopec Engineering inc.
