Venezuelan PDVSA to import Urals from Russia

Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA plans to import 750 thousand - 1 million barrels of Urals oil from Russia to process it at Isla refinery with capacity of 335 thousand barrels per day, which is located in Curacao, the Platts reports.
