Belarus hasn't applied to the Ministry of Energy on oil supply from Russia in 2014

Belarus hasn’t applied to the Ministry of Energy with proposals on oil supply from Russia in 2014, the Russian Energy Minister, Alexander Novak said to journalists.

“No, we haven’t received applications for 2014 yet. They must be in before December 15th,” – Novak said.

As the Russian Vice Prime Minister, Arkady Dvorkovich stated to the agency Prime on September 27th, Russia and Belarus can coordinate the oil balance for 2014 at once, in full measure instead to do it every quarter, if problems in relations between two countries are solved. Earlier Russia didn’t sign the annual balance at once, because it feared the resumption of the export of dissolving and thinning agents.
