Arbitration Appeal Court of Saratov will try the appeal claim of the minority shareholders of Saratov oil refinery (the majority shareholder is Rosneft) under the verdict of the court that did not satisfy the suit against Rosneft’s subsidiary RN Holding, the former BP-TNK Holding for 4.614 billion rubles. The legal proceedings will be held on October 9 2014.
