3-party gas negotiations to be held in Berlin on September 20th

The 3-party meeting of the representatives of the European Commission, Ukraine and Russia is planned for September 20th 2014. It is planned to discuss the gas payment issue then.
Before that Russia and the Ukraine spoke about their readiness to hold negotiations on September 6th but the European Commission didn’t approve the date. The last round of negotiations didn’t produce any results.
