It is not recommended to EU countries consuming Russian gas to sign take-or-pay contracts with Gazprom from 2015

The positions of Gazprom in Europe become weaker day after day. Last Saturday the President of Lithuania, Dalia Grybauskaitė encouraged EU countries not to sign contracts with Gazprom as they currently are. Lithuania is in a llegal battle with Gazprom in Stockholm Arbitration Court trying to get the overpayment back. Europe has started the antimonopoly investigation against the gas corporation.
