Zhaikmunai signs an additional agreement to a contract on exploration and production at Rostoshinskoye field

It was reported earlier that Zhaikmunai received the right of subsoil use at three new fields – Rostoshinskoye, Dar’inskoye and Shouth-Gremyachenskoye (western Kazakhstan) on March 1 of the current year. The agreement on purchase of the right to develop these three fields was signed between the company and the Ministry on August 17, 2012. The deal value made up $16 million. In the 4th quarter of 2012, the antimonopoly agency and the Kazakh Ministry of Oil and Gas approved this transaction.
