The Ukraine has offered Kazakhstan to transport oil and gas through it, the relevant Ministries will work out the issues, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev stated at the meeting of the Ukrainian-Kazakh intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in Kiev.
