Oil deliveries to Europe have reduced

For the last decade oil deliveries from Russia and Europe have reduced. Moscow became interested in delivery of energy sources to China.

As a result, European oil-refining plants face some difficulties. In compliance with the schedule, this month Russia must supply Europe with more than 2 million barrels per day. There are several reasons for reduction of the deliveries. First of all, Russia has increased its domestic processing. Then, export policy of Moscow has somewhat altered in favour of the growth of the deliveries to China. Thus, European countries have to pay more for Russian Urals oil. The price is as high as Brent’s, though the quality is much lower.
