Igor Sechin hopes that geological exploration at Arctic shelf will confirm oil reserves up to 14 billion tons

The chief of Rosneft Igor Sechin hopes that geological exploration at Arctic shelf of Eastern Siberia and Far East will confirm oil reserves up to 14 billion tons. Rosneft has 20 license sites there, and large-scale geological exploration is being carrried  out there at the moment, Mr. Sechin tells while the video-conference held by the President Putin at the Orlan platform in the Okhotsk Sea. Now they hold geological exploration at the Magadan shelf within the projects of Magadan-1, Magadan-2 and Magadan-3.
