Energy negotiations: Russia or East Asia?

Russia and China have recently conducted very productive negotiations and concluded several energy transactions. This is one more step forward in energy relations of the two countries. Russia needs large-scale deliveries to become more influential. These events provided for Russia’s sharp turning to Asia, however, in spite of that, this is also important for the country’s assets in Arctic, East Siberia and the Far East.
