Bashkortostan sold the shares of “Uralsibnefteprovod” for 10.4 bln. roubles

The shares of OJSC “Uralsibnefteprovod” in the amount of 24.5% of the registered capital, belonging to Bashkortostan, were auctioned for 10 433 408 000 roubles on July 12.
The Ministry of Land and Property Regulations of the republic of Bashkortostan stated that the winner of the auction is OJSC “Sibnefteprovod” from Tyumen (affiliate of OJSC “Transneft”). OJSC “Privolzhsknefteprovod” from Samara has also participated in the auction.
