Ulyukaev still thinks probability of Rosneft privatization in 2016 is high

The probability of privatization of 19.5% of Rosneft in the current year is high, the authorities are now studying the recommendations of investment consultants, the head of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters.

At the same time, according to him, China's CNPC, which previously expressed interest in the privatization of the largest Russian oil company, didn’t file a formal application to participate.
