Russia to increase oil exports in 2016, Novak

According to the Minister of Energy of Russia, oil export will increase by 3.3%. Russia plans to export 252 million tons of oil in 2016. The growth of export will continue in 2017. Pronedra wrote Russia exported 84 million tons of oil in January-April (+5% y-o-y).
