Rosneft to direct 124.5 bln rouble for dividends-2015

​Rosneft will direct 124.5 bln roubles for dividends-2015, was said at the annual meeting of shareholders.

The decision was made on the results of the meeting of the Board on April 22nd that recommended to spend 35% of the company’s net profit under IAS for dividends, increasing the total payment by 43% against 2014.

On the results of 2015 the free monetary flow of Rosneft increased by 10% and reached 657 bln roubles. the company’s net profit grew by 2% and made up 355 bln roubles. This is one of the best results among the largest oil and gas production companies in the world, is reported.

In 2014 the company’s dividends made up 87 bln roubles, that meets 25% of the net profit under IAS.

On the results of 2013 the company paid 136.19 bln roubles of dividends, by 59.6% higher than in 2012.
