Lukoil has started diesel fuel supply to the Ukraine

Lukoil has started to ship diesel fuel to the Ukraine at small volumes.

This spring Lukoil and Rosneft were allowed to ship diesel fuel to the Ukraine by the Federal Service for technical and export monitoring of Russia, The Morning News reports referring to the head of Lukoil, V. Alekperov.

Until the autumn 2015 the Russian companies provided the major part of needs of the Ukraine in fuel but later the agency restricted an opportunity of producers to export fuel to the country. Sooner the gap was filled by the fuel from Lithuania, Belarus, Greece and Romania but there is a certain lack of diesel fuel in some regions of the Ukraine now.
