Form July 1, 2016, the export duty on oil in Russia will increase by $15.3. Thus, its size will reach $95.9 per ton. In the monitoring period from May 15 to June 14, 2016, the average Urals price was $46.76 per barrel or $341.4 per ton, reports the Russian Ministry of Finance.
