ALROSA prepares equipment for the development of the Verchne-Munskoye deposit

ALROSA accepted for operation new motor vehicles for the development of the Verchne-Munskoye deposit. The supply is carried out within the framework of the investment project for replacement of heavy mining dumps “Caterpillar” by semitrailer trucks of Swedish brand “Scania” and Russian “Tonar”.

“Implementation of the project with the use of truck trains significantly reduces investment costs of the company for transportation of rock mass from the kimberlite pipe “Zarnitsa”.
