Rosneft and Sinopec may enter into a long-term contract for the supply of oil.

In Beijing Igor Sechin, the Head of "Rosneft", held a meeting with Fu Chengyu, the chairman of the Chinese Sinopec Group. The sides discussed a wide range of issues on existing projects and the prospects for enhancing cooperation, including the possible conclusion of a long-term contract for the supply of oil.

CEOs expressed their satisfaction with the current level of cooperation on a number of joint projects, the press service of the oil company states.

The companies set up three working groups on cooperation in the field of long-term contracts: for the supply of hydrocarbons; on cooperation in the sphere of production; for the "Eastern Petrochemical Company" project.
