BP-TNK Board of Directors approved granting of loan of 10.6 billion rubles to Rosneft

BP-TNK Board of Directors approved granting of a loan of not more than 10.615 billion rubles for a period not exceeding 5 years to Rosneft with interest rate within monthly price interval in annual percent, that should be defined for each coming calendar month. This decision was made about the transaction that was approved by the Board of Directors of Rosneft on March 21 about receiving by the company of interest bearing loans from BP-TNK.
