Fitch reduces rating for Metinvest to restricted default

An International rating agency Fitch Ratings has reduced a long-term rating of a metallurgical monopoly of R.Akhmetov “Metinvest” from CCC to RD (restricted default). RBK-Ukraine reports.

“Fitch Ratings has reduced a long-term issuer default rating (IDR) of Metinvest B.V. from CCC to RD (restricted default) after the announcement of the company on continuation of nonpayment under the pre-export financing programme at $113 million,” is stated by the press-service of Fitch.
