A large hydrocarbons deposit was discovered in the Astrakhan region, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology S. Donskoy says. The Velikoye deposit was set to the state balance with reserves of 300 million tons by C2 in the end of 2013. The discovery was made by AFB oil company, small and little-known. Now it analyzes possible development of the deposit with the large oil companies.
