The expansion of U.S. sanctions against Russia may touch the head of Rosneft.

Igor Sechin, the Head of "Rosneft", may qualify for extended U.S. sanctions, according to U.S. officials, Russian President Vladimir Putin was warned by his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama.

Sechin may be prohibited entering the U.S. territory.
