The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology will elaborate the concept of hard-extractable oil reserves classification by 2015-2016, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology S. Donskoy says at the conference ‘Oil exploration and production. The factors of stable development’. The new classification of reserves and prospected resources of oil and combustible gases will be introduced from January 1 2016. The document will grade precisely the reserves by A, B, C and the resources of category D. The reserves will be further divided in the categories.
