In the first quarter of 2013, the transportation of Turkmen oil via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceihan oil pipeline decreased by 20% to 774.7 thousand tons against 962.9 thousand tons in the same period of the last year, the Trend reports, referring to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.
