"NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk" won the case for the recovery of 364.3 million roubles from Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant, a subsidiary of "Mechel".
The decision on the claim was made on Friday, March 13, by the arbitration court of the Chelyabinsk region, RAPSI informs.
