Workers of Donetsk metallurgic plant were ordered to leave

The management of the Donetsk metallurgic plant (DMZ, a part of Donetskstal) has pinned a part of the plant’s staff down to facts: leave with compensation or we will discharge you without dismissal pay.

“We were informed about possible reduction in last months of the previous year, but without details. Right after New Year holidays, they announced officially: write notice of resignation by agreement of the parties. If we write, they will pay an amount of three-month salary. If we don’t -. they will discharge us in a couple of months in other way,” – one of enterprise’s workers reported.
