Shareholders of MMK have approved dividends for 6.5 bln roubles over 9 months

In late May 2014 the shareholders decided not to pay the dividends for 2013, by the advice of the Board of Directors.

At the extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of MMK OJSC it was decided to pay the dividends for 9 months 2014 at the amount of 0.58 roubles per share, the company reports.

So in total it is planned to spend 6.48 bln roubles (about $115 mln) for the payment of dividends.

About 87% of MMK’s shares belong to the chairman of the Board, V. Rashnikov, his stake will be about 5.6 bln roubles (about $100 mln) in the form of dividends for Jan-September 2014.
