Rosneft asks for 400 bln roubles for “Zvezda”

The head of Rosneft, I. Sechin, asks to transfer the ship repair yard “Zvezda” (Star) to the headed by him company. V. Putin, who according to the Russian mass media, is in good relations with I. Sechin, has supported this idea. RBC writes referring to its sources.
Mr. Sechin’s company asked 400 bln roubles for the reconstruction of the ship repair yard which is able to provide services to the Russian nuclear-powered submarines. A highly-ranked source in Rosneft told the Agency.
At the meeting with the President of Rosneft on November 13th in Vladivostok it was decided that Rosneft runs the project by itself, including the search of sources of its financing, RBC writes referring to a chairman from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
