Ukrainian Ambassador: EU mustn’t accept the fulfillment of South Stream

The Ambassador of Ukraine in the EU, Konstantin Eliseev published his letter to the EU in Financial Times.
In the letter he emphasizes that his country chose the Western vector of development, though EU still hesitates and uses the case of Yulia Timoshenko to delay signing of the agreement of association with The Ukraine.
Eliseev says, this agreement can change the entire geopolitical situation in the world
