Oil loading terminal of 5 mln tons capacity a year to be built on Yenisei

There is planned the construction of an oil loading terminal in Taimyr (Krasnoyarsk region) with an exit to the river Yenisei. As IA “PortNews” reported, the head of the administration of Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky municipal area I.Juraev said t during the 2nd International conference “North Sea Route”, held in St. Petersburg.
According to him, the terminal will be used for transshipment of oil of CJSC “Vankorneft” (OJSC “Rosneft”) in the volume of about 5 million tons. The terms of realization of the project are not defined so far. It will be realized not earlier than in 2020. Besides, the construction of the second terminal is planned in the long term view.
