Russia reduces oil export duty by $28 from November 1

Russia reduces oil export duty by $28 to $316.7 per ton (-8.1%) from November 1, compared to $344.7 in October.

The chief expert of the tax and customs-tariff policy department of the Ministry of Finances A. Sakovich says that within the monitoring period since September 15 until October 14, average oil price was $91.75386 per barrel, or $669.8 per ton, compared to $98.278 per barrel, or $717.4 per ton.

In this case, under the active formula, oil duty should be $316.7 per ton.
