In November, oil processing in Russia may grow by 1 million tons

In November, the volume of oil processing at Russian refineries could increase by about 1 million tons as compared with the October volume. In November, the total amount of idle capacity of primary crude oil processing at Russian refineries will be reduced to 0.827 million tons from 1.921 million tons in October (-57%), upon completion of the autumn preventive maintenance and repairs.
