Kazakhstan will annually supply 300,000 tons of oil to Kyrgyzstan on duty-free basis. The countries agreed yesterday at the 5th session of the intergovernmental council of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in Astana.
Oil will be supplied to Kara-Balta plant for refining.
