Ministry of Natural Resources issues licenses for 25% of Russian continental shelf

Licenses have been issued for already about a quarter of the total area of the Russian continental shelf, but drilling in the framework of its geological exploration is delayed. This was stated by First Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Denis Khramov at the international forum for the development of oil and gas resources of the Arctic and shelf "RAO / CIS Offshore 2015" in St. Petersburg.
