Kazakhstan reduced coal extraction by 7.3% in Jan-August

​Coal and brown coal production made up 61.115 mln tons (-7.2%), coal concentrate – 3.224 mln tons (-8.2%).

In Jan-August 2015 Kazakhstan extracted 64.339 mln tons of coal, including coal concentrate, that is by 7.3% less than in Jan-August 2014.

According to the Statistics Committee of the Ministry of National Economy, coal and brown coal production made up 61.115 mln tons (-7.2%), coal concentrate – 3.224 mln tons (-8.2%).
