Kazakhstan doesn’t negotiate with Iran on resumption of oil swap operations, the Kazakh Ministry of Energy reported on Tuesday.
"Currently, the Kazakh side doesn’t negotiate with Iran on resumption of oil swap operations", - the Ministry said.
