B.Dubrovsky instructs the heads of Polymetal to monitor environmental compatibility of production
The governor of the Chelyabinsk region B.Dubrovsky discussed prospects for the development of mining production in the region with the chief executive of OJSC “Polymetal”. The regional head approved the company's plans for mining of gold and copper in the south of the region, but urged the management to comply with the environmental regulations. Polymetal is engaged in the development of the Tarutinskoye deposit in the Chesmen district near the border with Kazakhstan.
