The materials of the RF Ministry of Finance with the reference to the specified calculations of the RF Ministry of Economic Development informs about the oil export reduction by 4% in 2015, by 6% in 2016 and by 8% in 2017 - compared to the level allowed for in the federal budget and fiscal strategy until 2017, RBK writes.
It is expected that the export of the petroleum products will increase significantly - in 2015 the volume of exports to be increased by 14%, in 2016 – by 15% and in 2017 – by 16%. In addition, the RF Ministry of Economic Development expects growth of the natural gas exports, but the average contract price for it is expected to reach $ 289 per thousand cubic meters (the price lowed for in the federal budget is $ 316 per thousand cubic meters).
The RF Ministry of Economic Development has retained its forecast of the world prices for the "Urals" type crude oil at $ 100 per barrel in 2017-2017.
Earlier today, Anton Siluanov, the RF Minister of Finance, stated that in 2015 the budget deficit will amount to 0.5% of GDP (the "Guidelines for the budget policy for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017" suggested 0.4%). The deficit for 2016 and 2017 is kept at 0.6% of the GDP.
The federal budget revenues will amount to $ 0.39 trillion, the expenses – to $ 0.40 trillion. This is less than was planned in the summer ($ 0.40 trillion, respectively). The expected income and expenses for 2016-2017 have not changed compared to the previously announced estimates. In 2016 the revenue will be $ 0.41 trillion, the expenses - $ 0.42 trillion. In 2017 the revenue will be - $ 0.43 trillion, expenses - $ 0.45 trillion.
